    We invite everyone travelling to Poland and all companies engaging in international trade to visit the Customs Service website. Additional information on customs controls is available at the following websites:

    • lodging customs declarations;
    • exemption from customs duties;
    • limitations linked to goods imports;
    • imports of Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES);
    • sanitary controls, veterinary controls, phytosanitary controls etc. and the requirement to possess the relevant legal documents (permits, licences, certificates);
    • other aspects of customs laws and regulations;
    • imports and exports to/from the EU of legal tender, firearms and munitions which require additional documents for the purpose of cross-border transport;
